Tortli Marketing Reports Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of Tortli Marketing Reports, an internal advertising reporting application operated by Tortli.

Authorized use

The application is intended only for authorized Tortli personnel and for Google Ads accounts that Tortli owns or is permitted to manage. Users must keep access credentials secure and must not provide access to unauthorized persons.

Application function

Tortli Marketing Reports retrieves read-only campaign performance and advertising spend data and makes it available in private operational and financial reports. The application does not publish advertisements or modify campaigns through this reporting access.

Acceptable use

Users may not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, access data they are not authorized to view, or use the application in violation of applicable law or Google's terms.

Availability and reporting

Reports may be delayed or temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, provider limitations, or source-system availability. Users should verify critical financial decisions against the underlying advertising account.

Changes and termination

Tortli may update, restrict, or discontinue the application and may revise these Terms when operational or legal requirements change. Access may be withdrawn when it is no longer required or authorized.
