Tortli Marketing Reports Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Tortli handles information when authorized users access Tortli Marketing Reports.

Information we process

The application may process the Google account identity used for authorization, OAuth access credentials, Google Ads customer identifiers, campaign performance metrics, and advertising spend data for Google Ads accounts managed by Tortli.

How information is used

Information is used only to authenticate authorized users, retrieve read-only advertising data, maintain the integration, and produce internal Tortli marketing and financial reports.

Storage and security

Access credentials and imported reporting data are stored in access-controlled systems. Access is limited to authorized Tortli personnel and service components required to operate the reporting workflow.

Sharing and sale of data

Tortli does not sell Google user data. Data is not shared with third parties for advertising. It may be processed by infrastructure providers solely as needed to host, secure, and operate the application.

Retention and deletion

OAuth credentials are retained while the integration is active and can be revoked through the user's Google Account. Reporting data is retained for legitimate internal business reporting and legal record-keeping requirements. Requests concerning access or deletion can be sent to the contact address below.

Google API data

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
